Yes — right after your deposit you e-sign our rental agreement online (takes about a minute). It spells out your date, package, the payment terms above and our space requirements, so everything is in writing for both of us.

The deposit is non-refundable, but we'll happily move your booking to a new available date with at least 14 days' notice.
